What are "cookies" and why does HireWorth use them?
Most all websites that you visit use cookies to store information about your web use behavior. We will use them for this purpose and to record when you open an email from us or visit our site in future. What are "web beacons" and why does HireWorth use them?
We may use web beacons in our email correspondence to track our marketing campaigns. The idea here is that when you receive an email from us that links to our site, we can see the pages that you visit.
What information do web beacons store and how can I manage them?
HireWorth web beacons will not store any additional garbage on your computer however, by interacting with our cookies stored on your computer, we will know when you have opened our email. If you do not our web beacons, please delete your existing cookies and disabling future cookies. We will still know how many of our emails are opened and we will automatically receive your IP address, but we will not identify you as an individual.
Does HireWorth use my information for marketing?
While HireWorth does not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, we may share your information with agencies contracted by HireWorth, Inc. to provide marketing services on our behalf. These firms may contact you by e-mail or other electronic messaging service with information about the HireWorth site. By providing us with your email address or other electronic contact details, you consent to being contacted.
These agencies, while not under our direct control, are directed to use your personal information for purposes expressly approved by HireWorth, Inc.
Will my information be sent abroad?
At times it may become necessary to transfer data to locales outside of the continental United States. If we do so, we shall ensure that we only transfer data to organizations that offer our same level of protection.
Is the HireWorth web site secure?
We do contract for the use of secure servers where your private information is stored. These servers are not owned by HireWorth, Inc. therefore we can not be responsible for the content stored on these servers.
Is there anything else that I should know?
We display advertisements from third parties on our site which may link to an non-HireWorth site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these other sites and third party advertisers, or for the security of their user's information. We are not agents of advertisers on our site, rather a vehicle for their message.

2. SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR REFERRERS
How does HireWorth use the information it obtains from referrers?
HireWorth.com is the trading name of HireWorth, Inc. HireWorth, Inc. will use your information to maintain/administer your account and for marketing. We may need to share your information with our service providers and employers for these purposes. We will disclose personal data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
What do I need to do before referring someone for a job on the HireWorth web site?
By referring a candidate to us and providing us with their name and email address, you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them, to consent to the processing and use of their personal data including sensitive personal data. Also you confirm that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes for which their personal data is being used, as described in this policy. It is important that you do this before referring someone to the site. By providing us with your name and email address, you consent to our disclosing your information to any candidate that you refer to us. If asked where we obtained a referee's information we will inform the candidate that we acquired their name and email address from you.

How does HireWorth use the information contained in candidates' resumes?
HireWorth, Inc. will use the information in your resume for processing any applications and/or administrative and marketing purposes. At times it may be necessary for us to share your information with our service providers and agents for these purposes. We will always disclose your personal data in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. It is strictly prohibited for you to upload a resume with any personal information. You must omit your name, address, phone number(s), or email address(es).
What about more sensitive information, such as ethnic origin, age, or gender?
Should you choose to supply data about your ethnic origin, age, or gender, HireWorth shall use this information exclusively for internal demographic analysis and marketing purposes.
