About the Job:
We are currently seeking a Chief Marketing Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for developing HireWorth’s long-term marketing/communications strategy and building brand awareness nationwide. Responsibilities include:

1. Create and execute a cost effective and dynamic marketing/communication plan to ensure internet recruitment brand dominance first in the Triangle region then nationwide
2. Build interest in the sale of corporate stock to raise capital required to carry out company goals
3. Plan and execute events intended to build relationships with major employers in each new market launched
Qualifications:
1. 15+ years of marketing and communications experience in positions of increasing responsibility
2. Strong marketing and communications management experience, including brand positioning, advertising, public relations, e-media, and demand creation
3. Strong people leadership skills and ability to influence others
4. Strong business and financial acumen and the vision and ability to link marketing and communications strategy and results directly to overall business strategy and company financial goals
5. Comprehensive program development skills, from broad reach advertising to highly targeted direct marketing

The Chief Marketing Officer will have an outstanding strategic marketing and communications background in professional services, with an emphasis on business-to-business marketing and communications experience. He or she must be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and proven people leadership abilities. Above all, he or she must have had experience in leading a new organization and be able to create a positive atmosphere, inspire respect and cooperation because of knowledge, experience, and the ability to get results. A Master degree in required.
